Upon arrival, there was a miscommunication between the Booking website and the hotel, resulting in the room not being ready. The rooms need refurbishing, especially the bathrooms, as they are poorly designed. However, the hotel stands out with its professional staff, excellent service, good food, and pleasant atmosphere.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The location was great, offering high-security services, although the room setup was a bit odd. The dining experience had a good variety of dishes but lacked some usual options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor downsides.

However, I was disappointed by the lack of hot water and the room not being ready on arrival due to miscommunication.
