Upon arrival, there was a miscommunication between the Booking website and the hotel, resulting in the room not being ready. The rooms need refurbishing, especially the bathrooms, as they are poorly designed. However, the hotel stands out with its professional staff, excellent service, good food, and pleasant atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, with intelligent security and the hotel being right next to the Tigris river.
